Steel Athletic Movement; when we think about steel we know steel is engineered to be tough & durable. We need to regain our original strength and retain it with athletic movement.

There was a time when athletic performance was the only dependent in survival. So in the business we reference our ancestors and every species on the planet and how their athletic performance dictated whether they were going to eat that day. You needed to physically perform to pursue mates or escape predators. If you didnt work, you didnt eat, you didnt live. Athletic performance and a lifestyle was one in the same.

We became civilized and stagnant; stopped using our bodies the way they were meant to be. Now we can purchase food versus running up a tree to sling an arrow. This imbalance creates the perception that exercise and eating wasnt hand and hand which with poor eating and lack of alkaline water has led to this obesity epidemic. Medical conditions, chronic diseases, and disabilities.

SAMs goal is to work to reverse them or at least prevent their progression. Combat bone aging. It is also for younger individuals who appear to be perfectly healthy.

Yes, we will grow older, but that doesnt mean age and deteriorate. What would be the point in being strong and healthy for the first twenty or so years just for it to fade away; to lose our independence for the last forty years of our lives. Getting older should be a wonderful process.

As a Former SEC walk on athlete. I was able to experience the culture of a division 1 program. At Ole Miss where athletes like Eli Manning, Michael Oher, and Dexter McCluster attended; I was able to be a part of the strength and conditioning phase on the Track Team. There are little trainers with this experience that have the ability to teach what I know and the things Ive learned on my own to the class that Im in. Most division 1 athletes after their career turn into division 1 athletic trainers. You have one at arms reach.
